Gain the skills, experience, and confidence to become an exquisite Core Transformation Coach!
For many years we chose not to offer certification at any of our trainings, because the time and energy involved in verifying people’s skill took away from valuable teaching time in the classroom. However advances in online meeting capabilities, along with our unique training design, mean that we can now do both. The online training format has several HUGE advantages over the live training format, specifically for certification. These advantages are:
What You'll Learn
Now backed by research, master the nuances of using Core Transformation as your main modality with clients:
How You'll Learn It
In addition to the main webinars (27-hours worth of material), you will have three 3-hour small group practice sessions led by experienced CT mentors, so you can really embody and put into practice what you learn. We’ve realized that the number one way to become a skilled practitioner of Core Transformation is through practice, combined with this kind of peer support—where we can learn not only from our own experience, but also from that of others.
Unique Tri-Level Training Model
In this coach certification training you will get the magical combination of three levels of experiential practice and three levels of feedback and support. With this model, extensive learning is inevitable as long as you apply yourself.
Three Levels Of Experiential Practice
- Practice with peers
- Practice with the friends and/or family of your peers (we won’t make you work with your own friends and family)
- Practice with community members through partnering charities
Three Levels Of Feedback and Support
- Peer Review: Your expertise will grow as you give and receive supportive feedback with other participants, and learn from what each person does well. This way you’ll recognize your own improvement, while helping others improve. Once you’re ready, you’ll receive Mentor review…
- Mentor Review: Your small-group mentor will review your skills and give supportive feedback, to ensure you are ready for Trainer review…
- Trainer Review: Tamara or Mark will review your skills to ensure you are ready for real-world clients.
This course is designed with the flexibility to address real client challenges faced by participants. You can bring your toughest client examples to the training, and there will be exercise and/or group discussion time to find solutions. In this training we go beyond teaching specific solutions, to also include teaching our strategies for dealing with one-of-a-kind situations. What do we do when the usual solution doesn’t work? You’ll find out!
